1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Your QR Toolkit (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors and users.

2. What the site provides

Your QR Toolkit provides browser-based tools for generating, scanning, and checking QR codes and barcodes. All tools run entirely in your browser. No account is required to use any tool. No data you enter or upload is transmitted to any server.

The tools are provided free of charge. Free downloads include an attribution watermark. A one-time payment of USD 24.90 removes the watermark for a single clean download. Payment is processed by Paystack. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms of service.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use this site to:

• Generate barcodes or QR codes intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the site
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site
• Use the site for any purpose that violates applicable law

4. No warranty

The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will produce results suitable for any particular purpose, that generated barcodes will scan on all hardware, or that the site will be available without interruption.

You are responsible for verifying that any barcode or QR code you generate meets the requirements of the system or application you intend to use it in. Always test-scan printed output before committing to a production run.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or any output generated by it - including but not limited to failed scans, rejected label submissions, or incorrect barcode data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design, software, and content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the site without written permission.

The QR codes and barcodes you generate using the tools are yours. We make no claim over any content you create using this site.

7. Payments

One-time purchases are processed by Paystack on our behalf. We do not store card details. For payment disputes or issues, refer to our Refund Policy or contact us at thys@mjbstrategic.com.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
