1. About this policy
This policy applies to one-time purchases made on Your QR Toolkit. At present, the only paid transaction available on the site is a one-time payment of USD 24.90 to download a clean, watermark-free version of a generated QR code or barcode.
Payments are processed by Paystack on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
2. How the purchase works
When you pay for a clean download, you are purchasing immediate access to a watermark-free version of the file you have already generated in your browser. The file is made available to you as soon as payment is confirmed. Because the digital product is delivered at the moment of purchase, the transaction is considered complete immediately.
3. General refund position
As a general rule, one-time purchases made on this site are non-refundable. This applies whether or not you downloaded the file after payment was confirmed. The product - access to the clean download - is delivered immediately upon payment. How or whether you use it is your choice.
This position does not override any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
4. When we will review a request
If you believe a charge occurred because of a platform error - for example, if payment was confirmed but the download link was not provided or did not function - you may contact us to request a review.
To request a review:
- Contact us within 14 days of the transaction date
- Include the email address used at checkout and a description of the issue
- We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe - typically within two business days
Where a clear platform error is confirmed, we will remedy it - either by providing the download or, where that is not possible, issuing a refund. We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with the output of a tool, changes of mind after purchase, or content that does not scan as expected.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires a refund in circumstances not described in this policy, we will comply.
